"Lindsay was extremely helpful with my auto insurance needs. I’ve been with Geico for almost 20 years, and she clearly explained the cost savings I could get by switching to State Farm. "Terrible practice, over charged consistently on all premiums. I had 3 policies with them and was overcharged for all. The office is literally still sending me checks after I switched to another agent. The agent is more concerned with collecting money than correcting billing issues . No response from the agent for months, He will response quickly to argue in google reviews though. Corporate is aware of the tactics now."

Your new agent can update you on why they sent you a check. We only ask that you refrain from creating multiple profiles to give us bad reviews. "Very misleading business practices. I’ve had several issues with the staff over charging me with one thing or another. I tried to rectify things with the agent, but he was very unresponsive. Eventually, corporate sent out a letter stating I was overcharged on all my premiums, but it took months. Not work the fight ."
"Niyokee, I understand that your experience did not go as you expected. As the agent, I take pride in the service that I provide as indicated by the previous reviews left by satisfied customers. I was very responsive as we had three phone calls on yesterday to address your concerns, however, your work schedule only allows you short breaks so you couldn't finish any of our conversations. As mentioned, the letter you received about the $7 credit was not an overcharge on ALL premiums. It was a one-time error that State Farm corrected. When you are free to speak at length without interruptions, I'll be happy to address any and all questions or concerns you may have. "
