I was very responsive as we had three phone calls on yesterday to address your concerns, however, your work schedule only allows you short breaks so you couldn't finish any of our conversations. As mentioned, the letter you received about the $7 credit was not an overcharge on ALL premiums. It was a one-time error that State Farm corrected.
